I've been a member since 1977, and have loved it all these years. I have many lifelong friends through the SCA, not to mention an entire guest room full of fabrics and projects (this is standard for most of us, as you know!).

I have gone to a lot of theri events but mainly I have been involved in living History organisitions that are more accurate and use metal weapons etc. These days I joust under IJA (Internation Jousting assoc.) rules.

My son is! He is on the Circuit in his area - Bench Jeweler...and on committees for sundry things - I have gone to the events and REALLY enjoyed them! Too Much Fun!

No, but my boyfriend is so I've been taken forcefully to events :-P. Kinda fun, but the corsets the women sometimes wear...not comfy.

im not, but i will be by the end of summer and im so excited! i have friends who are in it, and they are getting me and maybe my fiance into it. should work out, we are both so into that sort of thing!
