I am going for an interview for an entry-level team leader position in a warehouse leading 10-15 people. The job requires a bachelors degree, good communication skills, and some various other qualifications I meet. What salary do you think I could expect to start at?

It depends on the area of the country you live in, the type of warehouse, the product, etc. Team leader sounds more hourly to me, not salary, in EEOC terms it would be classification 6, meaning non salaried supervisor or skilled personnel. I would guess anywhere between 12 and 18 dollars an hour, which translates to 24k to 37K (approx).

It could be a salaried position, meaning EEOC code 1, those normally require degrees - and are salaried leaders (managers supervisors). But you said team lead and entry level..... If that is the case 30-40k maybe?

No harm in asking what the range is or telling them your expectations/requirements.

It would depend on the city were you work, the company you work for, and their pay scale. An entry level supervisory position in NYC can probably expect to start at around $40 or $50K per year. But if it is in Raleigh, NC, you may start at around $25 to $30.
Being entry level, don't expect too much.
