if i get a ipod nano and i want to put music can i still use the windows media player thing instead of i tunes

It depends on the file format...When you rip music, use windows media player and rip it as mp3 because both programs can handle mp3s...but if you use Itunes...it will rip it as mp4 (I am not sure if you can tell Itunes to rip as mp3)..but windows media player can't handle mp4s...so just be aware of that....

it depends if you use lime wire you have to use i tunes
