Let's see...my biology's a bit rusty, but I'm nearly positive it's (d).
peptide bonds hold together chains of amino acids, aka polypeptides.

as an aside, it's obvious that a-c aren't correct simply because the bonds between nucleotides are often weaker and could not be peptide bonds (I'm pretty sure they're H-bonds)

proteins are made up of amino acids which are linked by peptide bonds.
more number of peptide bonds(about over 100 amino acids)then its called a poly peptide
