I am thinking about using an online service to help me file for divorce. I would like to hear form people who have done this before or are currently doing it. Any websites you prefer?

We have no kids. No property to divide. We both agree to the terms. No violence or such. Just an amicable divorce( believe it or not).

I'm an investigator for an atty. I don't claim to know everything, but I do know a couple of things
1. Hire an atty. there's way to much to lose if you don't.
2. Hire an experienced atty. there's alot of paperwork that needs to be done, more if you have kids. Maybe you can get your atty. fees paid by your ex.

I have heard about online divorces, but it doesn't sounds very reputable to me. I would hate for you to pay someone alot of money online and it not even be legal. Have a lawyer check it out for you, you can have a lawyer give you advice for free on the first visit.

you still have to go to court and file all the paperwork. you can get the paperwork for free at your local courthouse website. the courts are not set up to file electronically as of yet. (wouldn't that be great!)
