I really just i dont no what to do im tired of him hurting me over and over . Physically im fine. but emotionally Im the worst ive ever been. I love him with everything i can give, but he loves her, and i just cant get over him, its really hard, my friends say Catie you've got to forget about him, but honestly thats gonna be the hardest thing ive ever had to do.

Letting the one you love go always is...if it wasn't than what would be the point?
I'm trying to get over someone myself. I still think about them every minute of every day, but I try my hardest to stay away from things that really remind me of them or the actual person if at all possible.
It's hard...just the other day I got upset over an old message I found of them on my voice mail...I forced myself to delete the message... and remember that they're someone else's now and that I can't keep wanting them. In fact for the last few days I refused to let myself look at them...You can't want what you don't see. Be short...but be nice but distant...don't let the moment go on too long if you have to be around them.
If they want to 'be friends' tell them you need some space and that you're glad they're happy, but they should remember that you were hurt and it's going to take time for you to heal.

Catie, you can not force him to Love you just as you can not force yourself not to Love him.....but you can dictate what you do ..you need to keep very busy and try to talk to other people, girls and guys...on line... in person ...eventually it will pass, but it may take a long time and remain quite painful ... I am sorry you are suffering so , but don't give up on Love ...
