What do you think causes a haunting or a place to be haunted?

2. a tragic murder
3. a person dies and is unable to move on to the spirit world because they are attached to property, posessions, or certain people.

it was built in 1920 , the land next door to us was a old church back in the 1890's ...so what is next door to a chruch ....

we had some experinces, doors slaminng when noone else is home, a sweet smelling prefume is present,( no one wears that scent) my dogs barking at the corners of the house, lights going on and off,

We had our house bless, once but it is time to do it again.
