can you find me one made of featyhers? maybe foil? preferably easy to replicate for a "art through fashion" scene for a fashion show

well if u wear a ductape formal wear to prom you get a scolarship. but yeah go on the project runway site to see if the unusual materials dresses are still up. ductape would be cute cause it gives you lines and pattern. how about colored seran wrap?
