yes you are, in a way. but then again shouldnt you tell the person because being overly judgemental can get annoying. then theyd go on about how your being judgemental by telling them theyre being judgemental. then youd just bug them about proving theyre being judgemental by pointing out they were being judgemental for being judgemental.

i bet your confused now. but thats the type of response people would give to that type of question.

It could be seen that way. Judgement is not an entirely evil thing. We use it every day to make even the most basic decision. Judgement is only a problem if it is employed to discriminate against or be generally unfair to others. If someone is being overly judgemental, it's not a bad thing to bring it to their attention and perhaps get to the root of and alter the behaviour.

Of course you are, it is just that you are seeing the opposite side of judgement of the situation.

There is usually a different agenda on either side. You are both probably right about a multifaceted problem.
