I live in California and I am confused about Daylight Savings Time this year. There are all these news articles about how it's confusing, and then the articles don't tell me what I'm supposed to do. What I would like to know is:

1. On what day and at what time should I adjust my clock?
2. At that time, what time should I set my clock to be?
3. How long does Daylight Saving Time last this year?

Thanks very much.

Sorry, I am a complete idiot. What does it mean to "set your clock one hour ahead"? Does that mean I change my clock from 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM, or 1:00 AM?

Beginning in 2007, Daylight Saving Time is extended one month and begins for most of the United States at:
2 a.m. on the Second Sunday in March
and ends
2 a.m. on the First Sunday of November.

Basically, you set your clock forward an hour. Remember, Spring (forward), Fall (back) Daylight savings time begins at 2 a.m., so set your clock forward one hour before you go to bed.

well: according to "March 11th Sunday we'd must set our Clocks
1hr ahead because the Daylight Savings begins until December
4th this year at least "
