Its the bottom (the crap hole) of the digestive tract where waste is exerted.

It's your butt.
It's not considered in the middle of your body because you sit on it.
You sit on your bottom lol.
I don't really know how to explain it any other way.
You don't sit on your head? And they don't call that your top?

Sounds like a British question. We call it the other name for a donkey.
