i can draw cars easily 2d or lik from the side or wutever but it troubles me when i have to draw a car from an angle

make the car forshortened, meaning that the parts in the distance appear smaller, so all of the parallel lines on the car, i.e top of window vs. bottom or top of door etc. should go toward a vanishing point, the more angled the car the more slanted your lines should be. Also, if you are shading then the portions in the back should be darker to show that they recede. Pay attention to the planes of the car, if the side with the doors is the main part make it lighter, and the hood darker.

You could learn to use 3D studio to create the models of the cars you want to draw, but even the great cartoonists in Car-Toons used photographs, and had some technical drafting skills to go with that.

But I learned by looking at photographs of cars at angles. I also bought many scale models and used them to model off of.
