Don't you think this sport would be better off without managers? The captain of the team could assume this role and responsibility, because many managers do a lousy job. You would think the players themselves would know what's best for their team...

Ha, no way,haven't you seen player with ego, to b a manager is a very hard job, if you put the Best player together with no manger they are nothing. real Madrid is an example, they look like a team with no manger.

You can't have the captain sign new players... That just dosen't sound right. I like it the way it is.
