(App. closed Watcher Main thread ) and the person cannot open my sms to whom i send sms , plz help me for that .

Hi amit,
that problem has nothing related to the service provider.The problem is in ur mobile.
Try formatting the phone memory.And then try it'll work even then if it doesnt then there's a problem in the OS of the mobile.U'll need to reinstall the OS.Take ur mobile to the Nokia Care center.The will reinstall ur OS.If ur mobile is within the warranty period then they 'll take no charge it's free.Else u've to pay.

call your cell phone provider and see if you have that feature turned off
