If they are both USB then just hook them up...
..Windows will accept as many printers as can be physically connected to your PC or over a home network.
If they happen to be older parallel type printers & you have only one or no parallel port you will need a parallel to USB adapter.

You will need to use two separate ports on your computer. If the printers are networkable then you could add the printers to a local network and then connect them to your computer.

Install the software for both. Then you can use your USB ports to connect them. Try getting an extra 4-port hub. This thing hooks up to your computer via the USB port, but the extension has several ports to use.

If they are usb just plug them in and install the software. When it comes time to print choose which one you want to print with.

Very easy my friend you can get a cable that does it. Also very cheap to do. Go to http://www.ebay.com or go to http://www.compusa.com or Bestbuy.com or any store that sells software and computers and ask them how much for the cable.
