Honestly? I think every last one of them are in the closet! Straight up! No pun intended on the "straight" part. :) Comments?

Sadly enough, politicians use it for Christian support. Funny that I don't see the Bible passage that is against homosexuality, but I just might not be looking hard enough. The celebs are using it for publicity as well. But on the bright side, they're only comments. It could always be worse.

It's not really an onslaught because it's all been going on for a very long time. The difference being that now it's finally been moved to the realm of being no longer acceptable.

I blame fundies. I always blame fundies. Fundies love to pull out a bible and say, "Look here in Romans..."

at which point I say:

"Well blow me! Isn't that the same chapter that tells how Mo's guys went and murdered and raped a bunch of children and their parents? Now that's a reallly moral book. The midianites - you'd do well to remember them."

They think they can get away with anything. I can't stand Jay Leno who makes gay jokes every night. I have written to him several times, asking him to stop.
