I'm currently stuck on my ideas.
I
'm trying to find some examples (be it a book, movie, etc.) of where the story in the Book of Ruth has been the base of the story.

Example of what I'm talking about: Othello by Shakespeare there's a movie from a few years back that follows the same general storyline.

I've already read the story and I've already tried coming up with ideas of my own but nothing I think of really works. If anyone could help steer me in a good direction 'd appreciate it dearly.

Thanks

Are we talking the biblical Book of Ruth, or the novel Book of Ruth by Jane Hamilton?

This may be the only book of the Bible I have fully read (but a really long time ago), I would say pretty much any thing that shows a women giving up a "glamorous" lifestyle for something less glamorous but better for her. I'm drawing a blank for a tittle but if I think of one I'll put it on here. Good Luck.
