Freeview when i put my postcode in the checker it says invalid postcode. but its the right postcode could it be because the street is only 1 year old

Thats a fair bet, if their database is older than a year it is not going to be in there do like the other guy said and put in a postcode from somewhere near you which is likely to be included - a church or a pub or something like that.

Possibly. Try the postcode from the next street.
