Nope. With all the preservatives in it, it will be the same Twinkie it was when you put it in there lol. Those things have 100 year shelf life :)

hahah umm no i dont think so. usually only liquids can turn to liquor. I actually made fermented juice because i left it in the fridge for too long. it tasted like beer lol.
