I don't beleive they should trade for Randy...He aint a constant reciever..he plays on his own time plus i think Joe Horn would fit in with their organization....

I'm actually an Eagles fan, not a Packers fan, but I am a big fan of Brett Favre and I think it's safe to say the Packers want to send Favre out on as good a note as possible whenever he retires (too bad that day has to come at some point). That being said, the Packers are a team on the rise and have vastly improved from their 4-12 disaster a couple years ago. This team could be a playoff team and Favre can make it happen with the weapons they have now. Horn is too old and no telling if he would fit in the system, and Moss is a one-dimensional player who is a cancer for anyone. It shocks me now to hear a team full of chemistry like the Patriots may be interested in Moss, but that's besides the point. Green Bay doesn't need either receivers as Donald Driver has emerged as a legit number 1 and the Packers seem to have so much success in finding wide receiver talent over the years that they shouldn't worry.

They should do neither. Randy Moss is just a huge distraction and there is no way he would fit into that young locker room in Green Bay. We do need WR help because we have nothing past Jennings and Driver, but Joe Horn is not the answer either. He will probably command considerable salary in the open market, and he hasnt been health at all last year, and is 35. If i m the GM of the Packers, i would take a look at Kevin Curtis. He is not going to be super expensive, and he has good size and speed. If we cant get Curtis, Bobby Engram would also be a good choice because not only can he play the slot position in the west coast offense, he is also a PR specialist. We need serious help in the return games.

The Packers seem to be the most interested in Moss but the Raiders want a 1st round pick for Moss, something the Packers arent in a hurry to give up any time soon. Moss would be great but the packers could spend that 1st round pick on something a lot more usuful than a WR

It relies upon on what your backup WR's are like. Joe Horn is coming off a great activity, yet he additionally has a bye week next week while Moss has already had his bye week. in case you are able to cover for Horn for the time of his bye week, you're able to be able to as nicely save him. in case you do not have a backup... Moss will play next week and as whiny as he could be, he's submit extra advantageous numbers the final 2 video games and Arizona has a bad protection. long term... New Orleans feels like it faces tougher defenses the the remainder of the year, and in case you do away with final week's activity, Horn's production this season hasn't been lots extra advantageous than Moss's. actual Oakland's offense it pitiful, yet they're twiddling with a commonly used-year-starter QB and that they have an inclination to get extra advantageous with extra seasoning. Plus, they provide the effect of being to Moss interior the top zone - granted they are not getting there very frequently, yet 40% of Oakland's touchdowns have been scored by potential of Moss.

the packers cant really afford to give up any draft picks for anyone let alone moss. i think they should get horn if they can, otherwise i think that they will be fine at the WR position. its some of the other postitions that they have to worry about during FA.

Moss is cancer, Horn is overrarted. Lots of good WR in the draft. But now they need a starting RB. I wonder if he thinks this was a mistake not retiring.
