Dehydration. If the person drinks a lot of alcohol, and doesn't drink any/much water, that's almost certainly what it is. Just drink 6 to 8 large glasses of water per day and the symptoms will begin to clear up within a day. Continue the water, though.

Could be dehydration--be sure that he is drinking enough water and other non-alcoholic, non-caffeine beverages.
Could also be mono--which is related to the liver
I think that if this man doesn't improve with more fluids, he should definitely not wait too long to see his doctor.

Dehydration, gum disease, or diabetes. It could be something with the heart too. Best to get it checked out.

diabetes, or mayb poisining of some kind. Go to a doctor ASAP, either way its not good.
