I suppose they might do this for you. But it really isn't that difficult. The dimmer sockets run about $15 to $25.

It's maybe 30 minutes work if you've never done it before. Instructions are enclosed or on the back of the package.

I've done about 4 of these over the years.

They might charge you $50. I wouldn't pay any more than that.

you can even plug it into a wall socket that is controled by a switch at the door/wall and place a dimmer there.
you can also get and insert placed in the lamp socket and then place your lite in and get your dimmer that way.

any d.i.y has what you need ,dimmer screws into socket ,bulb screws
in to dimmer. i use them all the time ( $5 -10) cheap ,fast,easy!

You can get a dimmer attachment for the cord and do it yourself. $10.
