Alot depends on the school and the district it is serving. Generally speaking, I would say sandles are out, but hey .... are you the bohemian art teacher, the eccentric drama-mama, or are you teaching math, science or literature? When in doubt, skip the open-toe, and keep the heels sensible!

confident as long as she wears the style it extremely is made for open toed shoes. THey make a undeniable pantyhose with out the seam around the feet. examine your community walmart or objective. gown sounds rather, btw!

i feel that it depends on where you live and the demographics of the school district in which you teach...
i would tend to say that it might look a bit unprofessional though

Why not?!? My favorite teachers were always the least "professional" looking, they were the ones that were down to earth, helpful and easy to talk to.
