By any chance you download it from Usenet news group (particular alt.binaries.sony.psp)?

That's the only place I know files are break down into multiple rar files. You need all of the rar files in order to extract the file and missing a single one will not work.

If you do get them from usenet, there is a possibility that you can get the missing files. Check to see if the person posted any par2 files. Download them and use a program calls Quickpar. This program will use the par2 files to reconstruct any missing files for you. Hope that help.

The RAR file is probably in two parts. You need to find the other RAR, most likely the person who made the file couldn't fit the whole file onto one RAR.
