Clutch feels spongy when pushed in. And when letting clutch out it
engages about 1 inch off floor. Fluid is full. Master cylinder not leaking. Some fluid on trans and bellhousing. Slave cylinder leaking? Clutch plate bad? Please help.

I think you have a worn out clutch disc and pressure plate as the clutch usually will not disengage if the master or slave cylinders are leaking pressure or leaking externally. The one inch off the floor is pretty much a dead giveaway. I would start taking it apart as that is the only way to be sure what has happened. Good luck.
