how long does it take to become a pa(physician's assistant)?

is it longer than becoming an RN?

It takes much longer than an RN. It takes about a Bachelors Degree in Applied Science, two years med. school, and two years residancy in West Virginia anyway.

Several states require three years advanced school including clinicals after bachelors.
