yes if the hcg levels are to low to pick up on a PT it will pick up on a blood test

yes its possible cuz the hormone might not be high enough to register on a urine test but would show up with a blood test.

YES!! I was PG with twins and had two negative urine tests at the Dr.s office Blood sample was positive

yes. either not enough hormone levels OR a bladder infection will cause a negitive pregnacy urine test when a blood test can show positive.

I doubt it very much. It is possible if she is very early on in her pregnancy that a urine pregnancy test might not detect it.
