Hello,
I was feeling like this for along time and I use to think I had enough sleep but it was not restful sleep. Depression can be causing this type of feeling. I would suggest seeing your family Dr.

your problem may not be the quantity of your sleep, but the quality of your sleep. you might be lying in bed for 8 hours but you may have sleep apnea or some other medical condition that is affecting your quality of sleep. you might be waking up quite often during the night and not even realize it because you aren't coming to a fully awakened state. talk with your doctor about the situation.
