It's not a guarantee that the computer will load webpages faster if your hardware is dust-free. But it is a fact that it's good maintenance for the PC to dust it regularly. This helps keep all its moving parts working properly.
You can also purchase more memory for your computer.

You should have your CPU somewhere where air can get in and out. If its really dusty inside or on the carpet like that, the fan can't work right, and your CPU will over heat, much like a car, and it will eventually stop working... You'll end up having to buy a whole new hard drive!

airborne dirt and dirt does decelerate a pc. I particularly have an identical issue with my computer each once and awhile. I used compressed air, which will properly be bought at perfect purchase or any pc keep, to bathe out the fan. usually it may help you and the computer will artwork like it did before it grew to develop into dusty. once you're apprehensive, attempt chatting with a pc tech. they could manage to help.

Dust gets in the brushes of your fans and slows them down. This causes your CPU, memory, etc to overheat and run slower. BE CAREFUL, it could cause your CPU to burn out, then you have no computer.

Well when certain things (like your processor) overheat they underclock themselves, the fan helps keep them cool for them to run. so it will help.
