Hi. The universe would consist of nothing more than protons and anti-protons. Stars need hydrogen to fuse and without electrons this would not occur. Protons alone would not even get a star going.

Life as we know it would be impossible without electrons. Even the existence of matter as we know it would be impossible. Without any electrons all matter would be a plasma.
