Not quite. Robotics is artificial intelligence plus the mechanical devices like servo motors and Nitinel muscles which the AI controls plus input devices like cameras and microphones. Robotics is a very difficult field. Computers have been around since WWII, but autonomous vacuum cleaners, robot cars and so on are only just starting to become consumer products.

No they are not, AI is the programming that runs things, AI can be in a computer or a robot. Robotics is a mechanization that allows repeated actions to be performed with minimal faulting.
