try Gap, Target, Old Navy, Forever 21, Urban Outfitters, Ross.. all over. Just gotta search & be on the lookout. That's what's fun about shopping. Good luck :]
(Alternatively, you could get a regular pair of jeans and cuff them.)

if u want a low price ones i would go to kohl or if u want a really nice pair of jeans i would go for wet seal or american eagle.
