I would imagine it would be a little hard to kill something that isn't of the living to begin with..so, I am guessing your demon was in human form or perhaps in a video game?

i have never killed a demon nor would i profess to have killing one.i think do believe in demonic possession and exorcism.but please realise that demons are evil and not to be taken lightly and further more you might be interested in seeking professional help as this might be some kind of delusion

Since they most likely aren't carnal and exist on a different plane I doubt it. If you have then you better watch yourself, evil never sleeps.
