Your best bet would be to get a good used transmission. Rebuilding a transmission can cost almost as much as a new one.

Depends if you getting a new one, a used one or they rebuild the one you got? Should cost about 6-7 hundred with 90 day warranty! Plan to do it yourself, save even more>
