I am racking my brain on my 99 kia 2dr 2wd sportage. I have replaced almost everything on it to get it to run. It will start, but when you try to give it gas it wants to die or dies, and want start back up for about 20 min. Fouls plugs and some times has that sulfur smell coming out of the exhaust.It wont rev but will idle for about 4 minutes. I have put almost $1000 worth of new and used parts on it. DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO? PLEASE HELP!

have you checked the catalytic converter? may be clogged. the smell could be coming from it.

might want to check the catalytic converter some times they get plugged and your car can breath properly.....and its been known to have that smell.

Buy a real SUV, throw that piece of crap away.
