Its sounds like you're having a panic attack or anxiety attack. They are not fun and they're very scary.
You should see you doc about that so he/she can help treat it.

You may be nervous about some subconcious problem. Could be a nagging work issue, relationship problem, financial problem that is bothering you "below the surface".
Best way to take your mind off the problem is with physical exercise. Expend some energy with an exercise that you enjoy - running, walking, aerobics, etc. and the physical exertion should ease your nervous tension.

See your doctor and get some medication, sounds like panic disorder or anxiety to me. There are medications that can help if these attacks are becoming common in your daily life.

Relax by taking a long bubble bath with candles and champhange let things happens as they are suppose to. If you are a christen pray the fear will realease itself and go on about your day as normal.

There are some great relaxation techniques. Work on controlled breathing. Focusing on the breath will decrease the nervousness you are feeling.

r u pregnant????ha-ha! just kidding!there may be something wrong with ur stomach and u might need to get it checked out! if it is really ur nerves and u dont want to get ahold of a doctor they have herbal teas and pills at the pharmacy that u can take...do u drink a lot of caffene?

There could be many reasons. Sounds like anxiety, have you had any experiences with anxiety? Also, the flu could be at fault.
