i want to have big boobs im tired of wearing push ups and padded bras im 32b yup yup itty bitty lol what size is the perfect size breast?????is there such thing as boob pills or cream that will make it grow without implants if not who is a great doctor to go to in the san bernardino area???

32b is not itty bitty, it's pretty average. Look at real women's breasts , not actresses or girls in porn. Especially if you're small and petite, they probably won't look that great. I've heard most guys say fake boobs look good under clothes, but once you get naked, it just looks unnatural and they feel as good as real breasts. Don't spend money on your insecurity, it won't solve the problem.

The "perfect" size has to do with the size of your ribcage and how big an implant your breast can take. I think it is more a matter of the perfect shape - not looking like a grapefruit just shoved under the skin, but looking like a real breast, and good cleavage - some surgeons are not as expert about creating pockets that are close enough together without being too close.
Cup size is determined by starting with your ribcage measurement: +1inch at fullest point of bust - A cup, +2 inches is B cup, + 3 inches is C, etc. If your ribcage is small (32 is small) and you are thin, any bigger than a C cup is going to look way fake and obviously paid-for.
Another consideration is shape and profile of implant. A good doc will show you all of this and there are tons of pics to look at if you do net search on "breast implants" or "breast augmentation".
No pills or creams will work - all bogus.

32B isn't small. A 38B might be small (because the rest of the body is big) but it sounds like you have a slender build anyway, so a B cup is a significant curve on you. A 30B would be even more of a contrast, which is what guys see: contrast. You could have a DD cup size, but if you're 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, they aren't going to strike me as distinctly feminine because all the other parts are whoppers too. Do you see what I'm getting at here? Ditch the padded bras and be honest about your curves; I bet the shape and perkiness will get lots of attention.

I don't think the pills work. for your height 34-38 c-dd would be good sizes.
I'm 5'3" and going to get augmentation go from 33b to 35d. the procedures are mmuch safer and the results look more realistic these days, so don't worry too much about that.

How old are you? If you are young and have not have kids; then you should wait. As you mature your breasts will become larger. Mine went from a 32A to a 34 C after I had a baby. Now I am older there are enormous.

well i read your other answers and i disagreee with one of them, i was a small c in high school, and after 3 kids, youngest two are four, i'm down to barely an a, so i don't believe that they get bigger with age or after having children for everyone, i'm also concidering having augmentation, i don't believe there's any other way.

just get a bra that helps to "circulate your blood flow and enhance your breasts" or whatever.
