I sold a video card which worked perfectly when I removed it a couple weeks ago. They claim it was defective but I don't know if I understand how it could go bad in shipping. I had a problem before when I sold a brand new AMD processor. I never installed it or took it out of the box. The buyer reported it bad so I gave him a refund. When he sent it back I brought it to the store where I bought it for exchange. They refused saying I installed it wrong and showed me a burn mark in the center. Then they checked numbers and said it wasn't even the same one I purchased. Apparently the buyer switched them on me.

You would have to prove that you sold them the one with the specific identifying numbers. Of course now you can just put it back up for sale.

I did but only once it was supposed to be an autographed helmet. I fought though and got my money back
