See if a zoo will take it. If you call the DNR they will removie it and humanly kill it, but preferably do something that keeps it alive, actually if you want to give it to me that would be great

"It's being mean to me." I hate to tell you this, but to your alligator, that is probably natural behavior. Depending on his/her/it's (the alligator, I mean) size, a nine-year-old is probably just about right for a little "grab and death roll" sort of snack. Your mom really shouldn't have let you do that. Alligators DO NOT belong in swimming pools. EVER. So are you saying it was "nice" to you before? That it just suddenly developed a hatred for you? And I don't think it would have stayed in your pool all the time anyway. I'm really surprised you walk around the yard by yourself with that thing out there. How do you mean it's bothering you? You do not eat it instead....unless you want to pay a hefty fine and maybe get your mom some jail time. You know, you were actually believable until you added that last part..."so do I eat it instead?"...How are you planning to eat it so it doesn't eat you? Alligators can be shot in the head at least 10 times at close range with a heavy rifle and still be alive and trying to kill you. (true story) Nothing else short of a really sharp hatchet would even injure said alligator. Except a bigger alligator. How do you know it's an alligator and not a caiman or something of the sort that was put there as a joke from a pet store?
As far as you being nine, I don't think you are. I think this whole question is b***s***, but I figure you asked for some reason so I thought I'd help you out with some questions that you would really be asked if there WAS an alligator in your pool. I find it very hard to believe noone has found it enough of a nuisance to report to the local wildlife people. Alligators are hardly known for just living in a back yard.....they snatch pets (sometimes people), tear up plants to get to the mud, and sometimes try to enter houses. Check your facts next time before you make up a stupid question and pretend to be nine years old. Why? Someone will eventually call you on it and make you look really stupid, someone who actually knows what they're talking about. What would really suck for you is if a wildlife professional happened to see that question and took it seriously....you'd be in one hell of a lot of trouble.

Aw, sounds a lot like he might like you. But don't make a big move yet, just say something to get his reaction by saying "Hmmm...Well if I marry you, you'd have to cook for ME"
Or "I kinda always wanted to marry a man with money..." (then laugh) he'll know you're joking around, but he might say something that might give it away, you know? I dont know, just simmple suggestions. Tease him back, see what he does.
But as far as your alligator problem.. call animal control.

Get the reptile control people to come and fish it out of your pool, it has made itself at home in your pool and the only time you are going to be able to swim again is to have it removed and taken to a place of safety, eat a alligator, I don't think so, that would be cruel, how would you feel if the alligator was to eat you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah you should eat it, becuase it might eat you, and it probobly takes dumps in the pool and how will you swim in a pool with poop in it. You should cook it in a oven and wait till its cripsy to eat, thats how i like to eat my pet alligators.

call the zoo or animal patrol and tell them that you want to give it to them instead of letting it go out in the wild so it could be a danger to people.
