When I listen to music on iTunes on my computer most of the songs sound like they're skipping, and more than once during a song...yet most of them I bought from iTunes, so it's not like I burned them from scratched cds or anything. Any idea of what's going on, and/or how to fix it???

Also, often when I try to burn cds I get this message: "The attempt to burn a disc failed. An unknown error occurred (4261)". The disc then gets ejected, and only half of the songs are copied, so I've wasted a lot of blank cds. Help???!!!???!!!???
