Sort of.

Physically: there are people with genetic disorders. In a normal person, there are two sex defining chromosomes. There will always be one X, no matter the gender. A male has XY, a female XX.

Some people are born with XXY, XXX, XXYY, XXXX and so on. I don't there are any more than four. In addition, some people may be born hermaphrodites -- they exhibit the pre-pubescent characteristics and genitalia of both sexes. However, all of these disorders don't allow for secondary sex traits {body hair, sex drive, etc}.

Another condition known as 'chimera' may merge the DNA of two fraternal twins, which can sometimes result in these oddities.

Emotionally/Mentally: A lot of people, homosexual and bisexual people in particular, sometimes feel as if their gender roles and sexuality isn't represented by the mainstream. I can use myself as an example. As you can see from my avatar, I am a girl who appears somewhat girlish. However, emotionally/mentally/romantically, I act far more like a man, although everything often blends. Gender roles and sexuality exist more on a continuum, which makes it possible for androgynous and different 'sexes' to appear.

In humans, no. Just combinations of the two sexes. As for genders, there are about as many genders as there are people.

I have a friend who is completely genderless. Great person, but the pronouns are hell! Gender is more of a continuum than an either/or.
