Bush has given respect to the US, other countries have respect and so do Americans. Historians ten to twenty years from now will rate Bush high for sticking to his principals and setting the strategy for a lasting middle east peace...... I look to Reagan as case in point where he was vehemently hated by the left when he was in office, but was rated by historians as one of the greatest American presidents.....
Bush is responsible for the tax cut that improves the economy that was headed toward recession after 9/11. Terrorists were not dealt with during Clinton and thus started the war that was handed to the current administration. The economy has done great under Bush and the deficit is on a huge downward tilt. Bush led the nation as a compassionate and strong leader after 9/11. He helped the US get back on our feet. Bush helped institute security changes and the creation of the Homeland Security Organization to protect the US. He also instituted changes in the monolithic CIA, FBI and other huge governmental departments to collaborate on security issues. This working together was unprecedented but necessary for protection. Bush led the effort to provide federal security in our nations airports. Bush has done tremendous things to protect us and there have been no terrorist activities on our soil as a result of his policies.

ccguy you are really brain washed. Bush has given massive tax cuts to the wealthiest 1% of the country. Bush gave the Industrial Military complex a war which reaped them billions in profits. Bush gave the oil companies a war which will end up costing trillions of dollars and destroying our reputation as a free democracy overseas. Anyway he gave the oil companies this war so they could control oil. He gave California the finger while Enron was raping us. He gave the environment the finger. He is giving the veterans the finger. He gave massive new wealth to the Halliburton corporation. He gave us the largest deficits in history. He gave your grandchildren a debt that will take generations to pay off.
BUSH WILL BE LOOKED AT AS THE GREATEST DISASTER TO EVER HIT THIS COUNTRY. NO HISTORIAN WILL EVER LOOK BACK AT THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A PRESIDENT WITH HONOR. GET A CLUE.

President Bush has met with more than 550 individuals around the country since March 2002. USA Freedom Corps now features a new interactive map on their website that indicates where the President has recognized an individual for answering the call to serve their neighbors and their nation."

well lets see, the tax breaks he gave the wealthy provided those people the ability to hire more people and give raises to those who deserve them. in fact when the tax breaks went into affect my boss at the time was able to give me a raise, any good business man that owned a business was able to hire more people and the vast majority did give raises or hire new people. because they understand that you have to spend money to make money. it is just a simple fact of life.
