www.fox.com has something called Fox on Demand. I'm not sure how long it takes them to put up their most recent episodes but you can watch them there. Prison Break won't be on again til the 19th so you'll have plenty of time to catch up. You should be able to find that on Demand thing on the main page.

i don't recall what station prison break is on, but if it's fox, then myspace.com/fox is the only place you can watch its webisodes.
you can also probably buy it on itunes for like 2 bucks if you want to watch it full screen or what not...
cbs.com and nbc.com also have free webisodes with quick 15 second commercials in 4 to 6 segments, but also, you will probably have to buy their programs on itunes if you want full screen...
