How about this: a million.) i visit experience that this organization could grant interesting, and troublesome possibilities. or: 2.) i visit experience that this organization could grant troublesome, yet interesting, possibilities. the first sentence gadgets up interesting and troublesome as positives that flow jointly. the 2d sentence has a touch more suitable drama by technique of putting troublesome first (the note is cost impartial -- some stressful circumstances are reliable, some undesirable), and then contrasting with yet interesting (which shows you recognize the efficient ability of project, and welcome it.)
