The first things out were the gamma rays at or near the speed of light, then electrons and protons at or near light, then probably light itself.

The electrons and protons formed hydrogen and probably slowed in motion.

The fastest things we see are Quasars and today they are like 70% of light speed, so it is possible that some mass came out over 150,000,000 MPS
