if i'm 18 and i decide to move to another state even though i'm not done with my senior year can i take myself out of school and register myself in another school, if i have my own apartment.

Yes, 18 is considered the age of majority. You can enter into binding contracts and be responsible for yourself. The only exception I know of is drinking alcohol of any kind. You can live on the street if you want, although I wouldn't recommend it!

yes you can because you are no longer under the gaurdianship of your parents. You can legally do what you want (aside from drink).
