Eat healthy. Exercise. Avoid unhealthy addictions. Love yourself, others & the world. Enjoy your life. Always keep your childlike enthusiasm. Stay active. Go after your dreams. Strive to be happy. Never give up. Choose to survive, to be positive & and make the most of your life rather than to succumb (to bad habits, illnesses and negativity which weaken & destroy you.)

Eat raw, fresh, live foods such as fresh vegetables, raw nuts, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Not canned or cooked. If you eat something fresh while it's still alive like that then its life is transferred to you and it becomes a part of your body and never dies.
