I have windows 95, Pentium111, 338Mhz, 128mb ram, please help

you really can't. unless you have a super fast internet connection, your pc can play music faster than you can download it. the buffering allows you to have a part of the song on your system so you can start to play it. after that its a matter for the lan to keep up with the pc.

Hi. Just pause the playback until the buffer is way ahead of the playing. Usually means an internet connection is slow.
