you wouldnt put "are", because that doesnt sound right, unless it said WHEN all the teachers are present. the other thing to consider is, is it the right spelling of principal? my brain is hurtin right now so i cant help with is it the right one, but that would be one thing to consider!

Well it should be something like 'The Principal and all the teachers are present' or 'The Principal, with all the teachers, is present' ; and error is spelled incorrectly.
