i`ve just moved to the country and i get a lot of wildlife in my back garden,?

especially hedgehogs.my friend told me they were a great dish when cooked properly,he said they were like lobsters and had to be cooked alive but ican`t seem to get it right.is this the correct way to do it???

hedgehogs eat grubs mostly, I don't know if they can digest lobsters, and it would be quite expensive

You got all wrong you have to eat alive when you cook them it takes all the taste out of them. First you have to eat the brain, liver and heart because they spoil the quickest. Then the eyeballs. You have to open the eyes with your fingers then lightly slide your tongue under the eyeball being real carefull not pop the eye ball cause all the protein will ooze out. You suck the eye ball out then with your front teeth you cut the optical nerve. Then you skin it and eat it raw. Oh yea add a little bit of salt for some flavor.
